Contact Arrow Energy: send the data, get an engineering answer

Enquiries to Arrow Energy Co., Ltd. (Thailand) are answered by application engineers, and the reply is technical: what your data supports, what is missing, and what an assessment would involve. The fastest route is the RFQ form below with fuel analysis, boiler capacity in t/h, gas flow in Nm³/h and your emission limit in mg/Nm³ at its reference O₂.

01 — Send an RFQ

Request for quotation

Enquiries are read and answered by application engineers at Arrow Energy Co., Ltd.

What comes back is an engineering reply: which of our air-pollution-control technology or boiler scopes fits your duty, what your data already supports, and what is still needed for an assessment. The more of the checklist in section 02 you attach, the more substantive the first answer.

02 — The data that speeds an assessment

Six numbers that turn an enquiry into an assessment

You do not need all of them to write — but each one you include removes a round of questions.

Fuel and moisture
Fuel type and moisture as fired — bagasse is typically ~50 % moisture, LHV ≈ 7.2–7.5 MJ/kg
Boiler capacity
Steam output in t/h, and the load range you actually run
Gas flow
Flue-gas flow in Nm³/h (state wet or dry if known)
Gas temperature
°C at the collector inlet — the ESP design window for bagasse is typically 150–180 °C
Current emission
Measured dust in mg/Nm³ with its reference O₂ (e.g. 6 % O₂ dry)
Required limit
The permit limit in mg/Nm³ at its stated reference O₂, and the compliance date

Why do you ask for the O₂ reference with every emission figure?

Because a dust concentration without its O₂ reference cannot be compared with anything: the same stack reads 40 mg/Nm³ at 6 % O₂ dry and 60 mg/Nm³ at 11 % O₂. Sizing to the wrong basis produces a collector that passes its own arithmetic and fails the permit test.

For retrofit and upgrade enquiries — the scope described under ESP upgrade and rebuild — existing general-arrangement drawings and any V-I curve records multiply what a first assessment can conclude. For spares, the scope covered on the boiler spares page, part designations or dimensioned photographs do the same. There is no obligation attached to sending data: an enquiry that ends with "your existing unit is adequate; change the rapping timing" is a normal outcome.

03 — Offices & response

Offices, phone numbers and what to expect after you write

Response expectation, stated plainly: enquiries are read by an application engineer, and a first reply — questions, or a proposed next step — normally goes out within a few working days. A budget proposal with sizing takes longer, because the sizing is actually done: the company profile on the About Arrow Energy Co., Ltd. page explains why nothing is quoted from a template. Offices work regional business hours; we do not claim round-the-clock coverage, and urgent operating problems are best raised by phone to Bangkok with the word "outage" in the first sentence.

FAQ

Engineering questions, answered

What data should I send for an ESP retrofit quote?

Six items make an assessment fast: fuel type and moisture (bagasse is typically ~50 % as fired), boiler capacity in t/h, gas flow in Nm³/h, gas temperature at the ESP inlet, current emission in mg/Nm³ at its reference O₂, and the limit you must meet on the same basis. Existing ESP drawings and a recent fuel or ash analysis shorten the work further.

Does Arrow Energy work outside Thailand?

Yes. The Bangkok head office and Samut Sakhon factory are supported by Arrow Energy USA LLC for the Americas, a Jakarta office for Indonesia, and representatives in Colombia, the Philippines and India. Reference classes include a 230 t/h bagasse-fired sugar mill in Colombia. Enquiries from any country can go through the same RFQ form.

How quickly does Arrow Energy respond to an RFQ?

An application engineer reviews each enquiry and replies within a few working days with either questions or a proposed next step; a full technical assessment and budget proposal take longer and are scheduled per project. If the enquiry includes the six checklist items — fuel, t/h, Nm³/h, temperature, current mg/Nm³ and required limit — the first reply is usually substantive.

Can I send an enquiry about spares or service rather than a new system?

Yes — the form's enquiry-type field covers spares and service/commissioning directly. For spares, the part designation and the original equipment drawings (or clear photographs with dimensions) speed identification; spare parts, installation and maintenance services are the exact scope of the company's ISO 9001:2015 certificate from TÜV Rheinland.

Send us your plant data

Fuel, boiler capacity, gas flow, current emission and the limit you must meet. An Arrow engineer replies with a technical assessment basis — not a brochure.
